Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. No card, no trial expiration on Free. You stay on it as long as you stay within the Free caps (2 clients, 1 plan, 10 open tickets, 3 integrations).
What does the 14-day trial unlock?
Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial that promotes you to Enterprise-tier features — unlimited clients, full audit history, realtime audit, SSO. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace drops to Free caps. Your data stays intact.
How does paying for the platform work?
Your subscription is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. That is the only billing relationship in the product — we never touch the money flowing between you and your clients.
Does this bill my clients for me?
No. The platform is not an invoicing or billing tool. Keep using whatever you use to bill your clients; we handle the communication workspace.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the in-app Subscribe page. Cancellation keeps your workspace active until the end of the current billing cycle, then drops to Free.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes — Solo and Agency tiers both have yearly options at a discount. Pricing shown on the cards reflects monthly; the in-app Subscribe page surfaces both cycles and the yearly discount percentage.
Do you offer SSO?
SAML and OIDC SSO are included on the Enterprise tier alongside SCIM provisioning. Free, Solo, and Agency tiers use password + 2FA.
What happens if I hit a cap on Solo or Agency?
The in-app creation flow blocks creating beyond the cap and prompts an upgrade. Existing records over the cap (e.g., from trial) keep working — caps only apply to new creates.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, we issue full refunds on request. After that, we credit unused time on the next invoice.
