Does this replace my CRM?
No — and we are not trying to. agency·beta is a client communication workspace: tickets, branded dashboards, announcements. Keep the CRM you already love.
Do I need to migrate my existing tools?
No. Most teams start by importing clients via CSV or syncing from WP Umbrella, then layer in the WordPress or Drupal plugin so clients see updates from their own dashboard.
Is there an API?
Yes. Sanctum-based personal access tokens, scoped per team. Full coverage of clients, tickets, announcements, and webhooks.
What about data ownership?
Your data is yours. Full export anytime in JSON or CSV. We never train models on customer data.
How does support access work?
Our support engineers can only sign in to your agency with a ticket reference, a written reason, and a permanent audit row visible to you. Sessions are read-only by default, full-access requires a second staff member to approve, and you can disable support access entirely from your settings. Read the full support access policy.
